Shipping & Pickup Policy

Delivery

We deliver across Abuja.

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and are added at checkout.

Same-day delivery is available for all products. Orders for same-day delivery must be placed by 4:30pm.

Tres Leches Trays require a minimum of 2 hours' notice.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including traffic, weather conditions, or rider availability.

If an incorrect delivery address is provided, any additional delivery fees required will be the responsibility of the customer.

If a customer is unavailable to receive an order at the agreed delivery time, the order may be returned and redelivery charges will apply.

Pickup

Pickup is available from Landmark Plaza, Yedseram Street, Maitama, Abuja.

Orders must be placed ahead of time.

Pickup orders are held until closing time on the scheduled collection day. Orders not collected by 5:15pm may need to be remade, and additional charges may apply due to the perishable nature of our products.
