Refund policy

Cancellations & Changes

Orders may be cancelled or amended up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded.

Refunds & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been prepared, collected, or delivered.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the quality of your order, please contact us within 4 hours of receiving it. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or suitable resolution.

Payments

All orders must be paid for in full before they are prepared.

We do not reserve orders without payment.
