Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through our website. Simply browse the menu, add your items to cart, and proceed to checkout.

Are your products halal?
Yes! All Knots Bakery products are halal. We do not use alcohol, pork, or non-halal ingredients in any of our products.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. Same-day orders are available for all products, subject to availability.

What is your same-day order cut-off time?
Orders for the same day must be placed by 5:00pm.

How long does delivery take?
Available items are typically dispatched within 25–35 minutes. Tres Leches Trays require at least 2 hours' notice.

Do you deliver outside Abuja?
At the moment, we only deliver within Abuja.

Do you have a physical store?
Knots Bakery operates on a pre-order basis. Our Maitama location is for pickup only and orders must be placed ahead.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Orders can be picked up from Landmark Plaza, Yedseram Street, Maitama, Abuja. When you arrive, please park in the car park and call us. Your order will be brought to you.

Can I place an order for a future date?
Yes. Orders can be scheduled up to 4 weeks in advance.

How should I store my order?

Do you offer gift notes?
Yes. Handwritten note cards can be added to gift orders for an additional fee.
